Pricing questions
Is the health check really free?
Yes. No card, no contract, and no obligation to buy anything afterward. You keep the report either way.
Why isn't there a price on monitoring?
Accounts differ a lot. Some have three workflows worth watching and some have thirty. We'd rather quote a fair number after the health check than publish one that's wrong for most teams. Once we've worked with enough customers, standard prices will go on this page.
What counts as one workflow?
One HubSpot workflow, however many steps it has, or one script we host for you. You choose which ones are monitored and can change the list anytime.
Can I cancel?
Anytime. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing month, and disconnecting deletes your tokens and saved data.
