About

Built for the tools nobody owns

Every company that has run HubSpot for a few years has quietly built up its own custom logic: a workflow step that routes leads, a script that syncs data, a bit of code someone wrote in an afternoon and never touched again.

That code usually works, for a long time. The person who wrote it moves on. Nobody's job description says "keep the HubSpot scripts working." Then HubSpot changes something underneath it, and it doesn't fail loudly. It just starts getting things slightly wrong, and nobody notices until a lead goes cold or a report doesn't add up.

HubSpot now ships new API versions twice a year and is retiring the old ones in September 2027. With more teams writing small bits of code with AI tools, there's more of this logic than ever, and fewer people who understand it. RimeGuard exists to keep watch over it.

Why "RimeGuard"

Rime is the frost that forms quietly overnight. You don't see it build up. One morning it's just there, and everything is covered. That's how these failures arrive. RimeGuard is the guard on the wall, watching for the storm before it reaches you.

How we work

Read before we write

RimeGuard starts by looking, with read-only access. You see everything it finds before anything else happens.

You make the call

Every fix is a suggestion. Nothing changes until you've seen exactly what it does and approved it.

Honest reports

Every report says what RimeGuard can't see, as well as what it found. You shouldn't have to guess what was checked.

Small and direct

RimeGuard is built by one founder in Virginia, USA. When you write in, you're talking to the person who built it.

Talk to the person who built it

Questions, a health check, or just curious whether this applies to your account: write in and you'll get a reply from the founder.
