HubSpot changes.
Your workflows keep working.
RimeGuard finds the workflows and custom code that are quietly failing, warns you before HubSpot's updates break the rest, and has a tested fix ready for your approval.
Nobody notices until it's already wrong
Someone on your team built this a while ago, and it has worked fine for years. Then something underneath it changes. The script doesn't crash. It just starts producing quiet garbage.
A typical example: a script written for HubSpot's older contacts API reads each email from .value. In the newer API that field is plain text, so the script keeps running and quietly prints blanks.
No error. No alert. Just a report that's wrong for three weeks, until a salesperson asks why a lead never got a follow-up.
HubSpot is retiring its old API versions
HubSpot has moved to dated API versions. According to its migration guide, every API on the old numbered versions (v1 through v4) will no longer be supported from September 2027.
It doesn't stop there. New API versions, the only place HubSpot ships breaking changes, now arrive every March and September, and each one is supported for 18 months. Custom code that nobody revisits will keep falling behind.
Most teams won't audit for this themselves. It's exactly the kind of job that falls through the cracks when nobody owns "the scripts" and they just quietly run.

Connect HubSpot on HubSpot's own page
You approve access in HubSpot. RimeGuard reads your setup and never changes your records or workflows.
We scan your workflows and custom code
Including the code inside custom code steps, checked against your own properties, pipelines and owners, and against HubSpot's announced changes.
You get a plain-English report
What's broken now, what's at risk and by when, with a suggested fix and where to apply it. No jargon, nothing to install.
We keep watching, and you stay in charge
Daily checks catch tools that quietly stop working. Every fix is a suggestion you approve, and you paste fixes to workflow code in yourself.
See what you'd get
Part of a sample report from a fictional HubSpot account. Yours would show your own workflows.
Lead routing: assign owner
Uses the property "lead_region", which doesn't exist in this account. Closest match: "sales_region". Check that's the one intended.
- properties: { lead_region: region }+ properties: { sales_region: region }
Contact enrichment
Calls HubSpot's numbered APIs. HubSpot ends support for v1 to v4 APIs in September 2027.
What the health check looks for
- Properties that were deleted or renamed
- Pipeline stages and owners that no longer exist
- Calls to APIs HubSpot is retiring
- Dropdown values that don't match the options
- Passwords or tokens pasted into code
- A workflow that quietly stopped doing its job, like new leads with no owner
- A sync that went stale
- Crashes and errors
- Output that's blank or wrong
- Expired logins and rate limits
For scripts we host for you.
Built for teams without a dedicated engineer
- RevOps and Marketing Ops teams running custom HubSpot workflows nobody's officially responsible for
- Mid-market companies, roughly 50 to 500 people, that have built up a handful of these tools over the years
- Anyone who has found out a report was wrong for weeks before someone noticed
What you can count on
It only reads
RimeGuard looks at your HubSpot setup. It doesn't change your records or your workflows.
Nothing changes without you
Every fix is a suggestion you review and approve.
Your data stays yours
We don't train AI models on it, and disconnecting deletes your access tokens and saved data.
A real person
RimeGuard is built by one founder, and every message goes straight to them.
